Brief History of European University of Lefke

Founded by the Cyprus Science Foundation, The European University of Lefke officially started functioning as a State Foundation University in 1990.

With its excellent tech orientation and infrastructure, EUL is the leading brand of education in the west of North Cyprus.

Our university aims to offer up-to-date, long-lasting quality education at international standards. It produces research and contributes to the needs of the society. Prospective students can expect a multicultural learning environment supplemented by a rich history of academic integrity as well as vast experience from both academics and staff. IELTS*	≥ 5.5
IGCSE/GCE “O” Level	≥ Grade “C”

*TOEFL or IELTS is valid for 2 years.

The majority of international students upon admission receive a 50% scholarship on tuition.

Scholarships for students who have siblings studying at EUL (25% of scholarship for each sibling).

Academic Performance Award for students who have studied at least two semesters at our university and have a term GPA of 3.50 and a cumulative GPA of 3.00 and above are rewarded in the next academic semester.
